The summer can be a time when you're looking around at all the weeds coming through the garden and wonder, "There has got to be a better way". Well, for us that way is avoiding tillage and focusing on soil health. In this talk we'll look around at some of the various ways we manage the soil on our farm from mulching to intensive field plantings and more. This event will include a farm tour, demos, and general discussion at Rough Draft Farmstead.
